I’ve recently started crochet again when my hands allow and as much as I love crochet in the winter (it keeps you warm too) I do love the lovely patterns that turn up in the spring. In this post I’m going to bring you some of the Spring Crochet patterns I’ve found.
Amigurumi
This is the Japanese term for small crocheted toys and decorations. It’s great when you get the hang of it and things can be made pretty quickly.
Look at these cute carrots! They are a free pattern from Spin Yarn Crochet blog.

You can find a free pattern for these gorgeous Easter Eggs from Ravelry

These are just a few patterns but if you are really into Amigurumi then Amigurumi Today is the best place to visit.
I love, love, love (I’m going to make it) this little doll in a bunny outfit with an Easter egg.

Decorations and Other Things
If you want a quick and easy project for your crochet, or need to use up some leftover wool, then you may like these decorations.
How about these super cute tapestry bunny’s. You can get the pattern for a small fee from Etsy

I love these lace top plant basket, full pattern for free from Brianna K Designs

If you want something quick and easy to crochet you can’t beat coasters. I found this pattern for gorgeous flower coasters on Etsy for a small fee.

Blankets
Blankets are generally thought of for winter but spring blankets are so pretty, you can use them to throw on your settee or bed. Or make a lap blanket for someone who feels a little cold even when it’s warm. Even baby blankets are great at spring time. I love my blankets and I’ve made loads, I think this was my favourite. Sadly I no longer have my Etsy shop but I still crochet. Here are some spring blankets/ baby blankets I’ve found for you.
I love this Flower Garden blanket from The Knitting Network. (which is a fabulous place to buy your wool.)

I’ve made this lovely Celebration Blanket myself and it’s lovely.

I love this lace pattern baby blanket from Etsy for a small fee.

I hope you have enjoyed my patterns, there are many more to find.
How very sweet! The carrots in particular are delightful! #MMBC
I’m definitely going to have a go at making some carrots, just for fun .
I always think about starting to crochet but never get around to it. Maybe in the future I will. All of these things are so cute, especially the carrots and the little doll in a bunny outfit. What great ideas. x
