Rock Paper Scissors came up on my Kindle Unlimited so I decided to download it and give it a go. I wasn’t disappointed.

The Blurb
Ten years of marriage.
Ten years of secrets.
An anniversary they’ll never forget.
Adam and Amelia are spending the weekend in the Scottish Highlands. The remote location is perfect for what they have planned.
But when their romantic trip takes a dark turn, they both start to wonder – can they trust the one they’re with?
Because every couple tells little white lies. Only for Adam and Amelia, the truth is far more dangerous.
My Review of Rock Paper Scissors.
Right from the very beginning the couple, Adam and Amelia’s, trip takes a creepy turn. Not only is the place they are staying in the middle of nowhere, they arrive in a snowstorm and appear to be stuck. First the door is locked, and then it’s open, it’s all very strange.
The story is told in four ways, Amelia’s point of view, Adam’s point of view, the point of view of a mysterious woman who lives near the place where they are staying and letters written every year on a wedding anniversary but never given to Adam.
There are so many twists and turns, and so many strange things going on you don’t know what to believe or what is really happening. A real mind bender. Just when you think you have it sussed, something else happens.
I read this book quickly, finding it quite eery at times, but a definite page turner. I couldn’t work out what was going to happen in the end. I would like to try some more Alice Feeney books (once I’ve recovered!)
You can read Rock Paper Scissors on Amazon unlimited, get it from the library, buy it in paperback or hardback.
You can even buy it from my bookshop.
Haven’t heard of this one – sounds like a lot of suspense from different angles!
This sounds right up my street! I know I’ve read one Alice Feeney book, which I enjoyed, but somehow never got round to reading any more.
This sounds a good one! I like a few twists and turns to get stuck into. I’ll add this to my list, thanks! x
