Everyone has habits, some good, some bad.
Breaking a habit is hard, so is making new habits and keeping them. We’ve all been there whether it’s giving up alcohol or cigarettes, or starting a new health routine or diet. Yes, habits are something we are all familiar with.
Why are habits so important? Well, bad habits can make you have unhealthy life choices but they become ingrained so easily. You feel stressed so you have a cigarette or a drink, or another activity that is unhealthy for you.
making a habit healthy is not easy but over time they can replace the bad ones. Little by little, the idea is never to rush and think you can change overnight.
Changing yourself a little bit at time can make a big difference over time. Think of taking a journey and just making a small difference, change the path and end up somewhere completely different. That’s how habits can work too.
Today I want to talk about a book I sell in my shop. Habit Notes.
Habit Notes
Habit Notes is a twelve-week undated daily habit tracking journal.
In this journal you will find daily and weekly habit trackers as well as exercises that will help you create positive habits and give you the tools to make them stick.
This all begins with discovering why certain habits might not have stuck in the past and whether you are choosing habits that are authentic to who you are — we do this with self-reflection and journal prompts. Ensuring you are chasing goals that are authentic to you is key to making them a part of who you are.
Inside you will find
- Monday – Sunday daily and weekly habit trackers and guided prompts
- Inspirational quotes
- Motivational exercises
- Coaching techniques
- Goal Setting

I have got into some bad habits over the last few weeks that I need to break and I am working on changing things. This book sounds like a great help. x
That looks a useful tool – I think they say that you have to repeat a new habit something like 40+ times for it to stick, thanks for linking to #PoCoLo
This sounds very useful. I’ve kicked a few bad habits over the years! xx
