Nothing to See Here was a free read on Kindle Unlimited and it sounded interesting. I might need a new kindle though as mine needed charging every couple of hours. Thinking about it, I did have it when we moved house and we’ve been here 13 years now!
Back to the book, you can read my review later but here are some details.

The Blurb
A triple murder.
A mother, her daughter and a family friend, are brutally killed at Kellon Manse one quiet summer’s day.
A young girl disappears and has not been seen since.
One suspect.
All fingers point to the husband of one of the victims. Yet he still walks free.
An unsolvable crime.
Cristy Ward has discovered the perfect next feature for her true crime podcast. Who really killed the three women at Kellon Manse?
And is there a chance the missing girl is still alive?
My Review of Nothing to See Here
The story went straight in for the kill and Cristy and her team chose the story for their true crime podcast.
The murders were horrific, and it really pointed the finger at the husband but they didn’t convict him.
I like the way the book was interspersed with podcast recordings. It was interesting to see how hard people work on their podcasts.
Cristy also had her own problems, her husband had left her and soon married to someone else who was expecting his baby. She’d had two children with her husband and they lived with him but her youngest son, fifteen, came to stay with her occasionally.
There was a lot going on all the time the story really kept you gripped. It was also hard to figure out who actually killed the three women in the Manse Mansion. Was the husband guilty and had someone higher up managed to get him free?
Why did the murdered family members sister and daughter hate her sister’s husband so much, she was sure it was him that killed them.
Piece by piece Cristy tries to work out what happened while keeping her feelings in check and trying keep her family problems out of the picture.
I loved the complexity of this story although it was a little overwhelming with everything that was going on a lot of the time. I’d definitely read more of Susan Lewis’ books, she’s my type of author.

This sounds like just the type of book I would enjoy!
I’m very impressed that your Kindle has lasted for that long.
I also downloaded this book, partly because I liked the sound of the plot, and partly because it was free. I started reading it when I was alone in the house and decided to wait until my husband and/or dog were back!
I love reading Susan Lewis. I’ll add this one to my list for my next book shopping trip. Thanks for joining in with #pocolo
